I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is stunning with crystal-clear waters and beautiful beach views, plus the staff was friendly and hardworking, especially around the pool area. However, the initial room we were given was not ideal, lacking basic amenities and comfort. Dining options were also not up to par, and the Wi-Fi was an extra cost, which felt a bit off for the price paid.
